Important Information About Making a Claim. You do not have to use a law firm or claims management company. You can submit your claim directly to your lender, and if necessary, to the Financial Ombudsman Service — at no cost.
ID and Proof of Address. If we are unable to verify your identity through the credit search, we will request photographic ID and proof of address. If we require this from you, we will send you an email outlining what documents are needed and how to provide them securely.
Cooling-Off Period: You have a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel your claim by contacting us.
Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your instruction after the 14-day cooling-off period, you may be charged a cancellation fee. This fee will reflect the work we have carried out on your claim up to that point, in accordance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) regulations.
Fees: Our service is No Win, No Fee. Any fees that apply are fully outlined in the Terms of Business. While we aim to help all clients recover mis-sold car finance, submitting a claim does not guarantee compensation.

Signature and Acknowledgement: By signing the Letter of Authority, you confirm that you have read and fully understood the Terms of Business.
Credit Search: With your permission, we will carry out a soft credit search to help verify your identity and identify any relevant finance agreements. This means you may not need to provide your paperwork, agreement numbers, or vehicle registration numbers, and it may uncover agreements you have forgotten about. The search is limited to verifying your details and will not affect your credit score or appear on your credit file. Using this information allows us to progress your claim efficiently and accurately.
Your personal data will be used strictly for the purpose of processing your claim and verifying your identity. It may be shared securely with our data processor, Valid8 IP Ltd, and with the law firm instructed to act on your behalf. Your data will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.
